Safe space is essential to becoming your best self.  Waking up in an environment that is conducive to your well being is priceless.  Changing your setting is possible.  The time it takes to effect change can be very lengthy.  At the same time, you always have the right to improve your quality of life.

GET SUPPORT
That proverbial breath of fresh air comes to those who persevere.  It is unfortunate that sometimes our living spaces or work spaces are filled with discomfort. Nevertheless, with the right support, your perspective can be shifted to see both your immediate environment and the world around you as a safe space.

MAKE A LIST
We often seek breakthroughs and it is possible that our hard work can appear to be ineffective after committing countless hours to being a better version of ourself. Discover what it is that specifically represents safety for you.  Make a list of what makes you most comfortable.  Begin to work on achieving one goal at a time that reflects your best self.

The world is truly in the palms of our hands.  So much is required to live the physical equivalent of our spiritual desires.  Make up in your mind that despite hardship, you are worth experiencing a wonderful life.  Some risk will be involved in readjusting your circumstances.  For example, it is necessary to go beyond saying what you will do and begin to do what you say you will.
