DO IT YOUR WAY
We all make mistakes. Yet, what happens when we manage to get things done in our own way? As children, many people say “This is how I do it.” As we grow up in society people begin to say “As the authority, this is how I would like it to be done.” My goal is not to make the case that in every situation, the end justifies the means. On the contrary. If a person joins an organization or a team, they should be held accountable according to the group dynamic. However, our society should be open to the many means by which a specific goal can be achieved.

SHARE YOUR WAY
As an entrepreneur, problem solving and offering new ways to help people address their needs is more often than not welcomed. Nevertheless, being comfortable with the idea that your approach and thought process is different from most people can be difficult; especially when you are trying to justify your rationale for doing and saying things in a certain way. For example, growing up with the social skill to share with others can be met with hostility when your views appear to make people apprehensive or uncomfortable. Navigating this ordeal is a challenge.

CONTRIBUTE TO SOCEITY
History shows us that those who appear to rock the proverbial boat and/or change the status quo are seen as troublemakers. When your intentions are wholesome and your efforts are made as a contribution to society, you should be made to feel welcome. However, you are often left alone to figure out how to be comfortable with who you are. At any rate, embracing your unique gifts are paramount and tantamount to being genius in your own right.
::
ACCEPT YOUR INDIVIDUALITY
Albeit we are arguably socialized to understand that success is a very specific person, place or thing, there is evidence that individuality can contribute to the overall well-being of society. At the same time, accepting yourself as different can be confusing. On the one hand, people can ostracize you because you have a hard time getting things done like others. On the other hand, people usually embrace others who walk to their own drum if they overcome challenges and appear to be successful.

LIVE COMFORTABLY
You deserve to live a life of comfort without being penalized for having a dissimilar approach than others who have found a way to live a progressive life. Achieving goals in a unique fashion or style ought to he celebrated–even if it is only you who celebrates said success at first. Embrace your authentic self without apology.
