There are times when questions about whether or not I should continue building my empire comes up. It gets really challenging when life appears to be very quiet and uneventful. I am not speaking about partying; rather, an explosion of success in your business(es).

MAKE SOME THING OUT OF NOTHING
What I learned is that we have what it takes to make something out of nothing. Our imaginations are powerful. And we can create anything. All things are temporary–even success. It is becoming clearer to me that as I mature, irregardless of what takes place in life, we can stockpile really awesome personal items that represent our best self and serve as a support system.

CREATE YOUR WORLD
For example, I embrace the “Create Your World” concept. There are paintings and other things which bring a smile to my face. It is important for me to remember that my favourite painting exists. I pay attention to this painting to spark happiness within myself; in turn it helps me to have a more positive outlook on life. Overall, my mood changes for the better. If fact, It is even possible to already be happy and become happier by paying attention to my favourite painting.

PRACTICE SELF CARE
When you pursue your ultimate dream, the tasks involved can be very taxing in every domain of life. It is so important to have methods to practice self-care.

PRESERVE YOUR ENERGY
Be aware that your ability to create is an amazing gift. Becoming tired is real. Take a bit of time to rest and know that you will be in a better place after preserving your energy.
