In fact, many people will leave your side because of the mess that comes with such a phase. You will quickly find out the true character of the people in your life as you go through this process of rebuilding. Truthfully, many people go out of their way to be around you and make it a point to remain close to you because of your ability to create something great. Yet, those who truly care about what you have built will take the time to learn about the foundation that was set before you began building. However, you cannot blame people for wanting to be around what appears to be excellence. Just know that you reserve the right to break down and build better and bigger without apology.

BE YOUR BEST SELF
What people may not get is that it is imperative for you to make drastic changes when aiming to be your best self. Some may look at your life as perfect the way it is; serving as a blueprint for success. Some may think you are out of your mind because you decided to step away from what appeared to be an amazing lifestyle. However, in order to grow into your true self and have higher standards reflected in your livelihood, you realize that restructuring is the only way to go. In fact, once you begin this demolition, there is no other way to go but following through with your action plan–that is if you expect to live your dream. This is where it often gets lonely–because you may not have a lot to offer people (apart from your pain and passion to live a life with purpose). As a leader, one of the greatest success secrets is learning. Continuing your education is important–whether through a formal academic system or by learning by yourself.

HOLD ONTO FAITH
As you start over, it will be one of the most difficult times in your life. Yet, you have to hold onto faith and remind yourself about the reason for breaking things down and launching out again and starting at ground zero. What is interesting is that as you continue to build, you begin to experience new results. You begin to encounter situations where your contributions are met with awesome rewards. The time spent adding value to your life attracts a lot more success–both personally and professionally. Now, people will be shocked at what seems to be your rebirth. What may be considered to be an overnight success will make others wonder how you were able to rise again with so much vigor. If they thought you were awesome before you walked away from what they considered to be excellence, they are now blown away because of what you have manged to achieve.

LOVE YOURSELF
It is not that your commitment to excellence is centered around what other people think about you. Nevertheless, there is a component that is wrapped in proving to others that you are able to achieve your goals after being abandoned and counted out. Love yourself and always count yourself in. Some may never understand your rationale for pushing beyond the boundaries of comfort. Be reminded that when you go the extra mile, less people are around.
